Pirates of the Caribbean: The Legend of Jack Sparrow is a video game
by 7 Studios for the PlayStation 2 and PC. It features playable levels
based on the experiences of Captain Jack Sparrow after the events of
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. The game
includes action, puzzles and humorous cutscenes.
Take on the roles of Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, and Elizabeth Swann
Learn deadly attacks, combo moves, and upgrade your weapons.
Unlock the secret treasures.
Interact with the environment to complete missions.
Aside from the action, there are numerous puzzles to solve.
Collect all 24 map pieces to unlock the 6 slideshows of artworks.
24 Levels.
13 Bosses.
Optional feature to include a second player.
MINIMUM PC REQUIREMENTS
Windows 2000/XP
Pentium III or Athlon 800MHz Processor
256MB RAM
3500MB Hard Disk Space
32MB DirectX compatible Video Card
DirectX compatible 16-bit Sound Card
4X DVD-ROM Drive
Keyboard
Mouse
It seems to be just the game files, and when you move the folder
Bethesda Softworks to your program files (or program files (x86)) and
click the .exe (this is also stated in the readme contained in the
Bethesda Softworks folder, not sure if you really need to have the
folder in Program files, just didn’t try it any other way) it seems to
run just fine. Haven’t gotten too far just yet, but again, no issues to
speak of.
Controls feel a bit wonky, but they can be changed somewhat (and if
you have a laptop without a num-pad your going to have to since it uses
it) Doesn’t seem to have any graphic options though . Have not tried a
gamepad yet, however I would assume a PS 2 based layout would work fine,
the 360 one not so much, without some custom program anyways.
Download contents : Main Bethesda Softworks folder containing all
game files (no install needed (follow readme.txt or the instructions at
the top of this description, also included the msvcr71.dll just in case
the game asks for it.
